AVP - Compensation & Benefits Client is looking for an ambitious Performance Reward & Benefits Specialist to join their team. As a Performance Reward & Benefits Specialist, the role holder will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering our employees' rewards, perks, and benefits. The team plays a critical role in developing programs that to improve performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees. Compensation and Benefits Specialist duties and responsibilities : - Support in defining and establishing equitable, competitive, and fair compensation and benefits packages that fit and are also in accordance with our business goals and strategies - Support in defining and establishing consistent compensation policies in accordance with our organizational objectives and work culture - As a team, ensuring that all compensation practices comply with current legislation (e.g., human rights, pay, equity etc.) - Supporting in conducting ongoing research about emerging trends as well as best practices - Support in deploying sound communication strategies and measuring effectiveness by success metrics - Support in differentiating pay systems for investing in the most promising areas of workforce - Support in defining and conducting different surveys for the purpose of determining benefits and pay rates - Preparing job descriptions, analyses, evaluations, and classifications - Assessing the needs of employees by conducting organizational psychology surveys for finding out what engages and motivates them - Using various techniques and methods for making decisions on direct and indirect financial compensations as well as nonfinancial compensations - Support in defining and preparing the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget - Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. - Support in defining and establishing designs and develops compensation policies - Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness - Support in defining and establishing different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions) - Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company - Supporting compensation projects. - Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives - Support in designing policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs) - Training the line managers in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies - Advice top managers in taking difficult decisions in compensation, benefits, and motivation of employees - Support and manages C&B Analysts Requirements : - Bachelor's/PG degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field - Prior experience of min 8 years as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist in Banking, Retail NBFC and/or Insurance industry. - Experience with HRIS and MS Office, especially MS Excel - Sound knowledge of compensation cycle management and all HR practices - Experience with job analysis and job evaluation systems - Experience of conducting labor market and organizational psychology surveys - Familiarity with current labor rules/regulations - Familiarity with different kinds of benefits and incentives - Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills - Exceptional time-management and organizational skills - Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills
