About the Role : - Manage commercial mortgage operations team with 150 team members. Responsibilities : - Build strong relationship with onshore partners and contribute to business priorities. - Lead strategic projects to achieve efficiency gain and process improvements. - Identify new opportunities for EGS to support business. - Responsible for team member engagement, growth and talent development. - Manage FTE and RnR budget as per the plan. - Adhere to Risk &amp; compliance. Essential Qualifications : - B.Com Graduate - CA / CFA / MBA Finance - Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate Business is mandatory - Ability to understand and develop financial models for cash flow analysis, underwriting - 7-10 years experience in commercial mortgage servicing is must - Experience of managing large teams and resources located remotely - Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business partners - Excellent communication skills and inter personal skills Desired Qualifications : - Any Certification in banking domain will be an added advantage
