Assistant Vice President - Collections - Business Loan

Key Responsibilities:

- To build collection strategy in line with industry best practices meeting the broad objective of company policy.

- Driving incremental & step change improvements with an objective of maximising collections, identifying alerts/red flags including high risk and high impact customers, therefore controlling loss rates and achieving cost efficiency

- Identify and deliver improvements to the range of account treatment and negotiation options available to collection agents

- Build and develop fully value segmented collection strategies and collection processes

- Deliver detailed financial and behavioural trend analysis, and produce robust projections

- Liaise closely with key stakeholders to ensure that Collections Credit Risk requirements are considered

- Manage production of insightful and timely MI to inform Senior Management
