Assistant Vice President Client Coverage | Emerging to Mid Corporate Relationship
- Play a key role in building the Emerging Corporate business by taking initiative in setting up the sub-vertical and growing the Assets under Management
- Strategically drive the planning & roll-out of the lending to the emerging corporate businesses pan India
- Identify potential partners / sectors, devise acquisition strategy across regions and sectors
- Ensure preliminary analysis on credit worthiness of the partners by conducting due diligence covering but not limited to financial analysis
- Own up readiness of CAM through team in a timely manner to be taken to Credit Committee
- Understanding the credit risk as well as identifying the potential red flag events to keep portfolio credit quality healthy
- Building deep relationships with the partners and ensure brand building for Emerging to Mid Corporate space as a well-known lender
- Assist in templatising portfolio monitoring across sectors through the team
- Working with the Clients Coverage team; managing their daily deliverables and assisting them in coming up the curve with regards to deal acquisition, relationship management as well as due diligences.
- Must have experience of lending to the emerging corporate segment and sustained client relationship management at senior leadership level
- Must have practical know-how & market intelligence on acquisition channel and also understanding of credit risk
- Total experience of 9-12 years in the financial industry especially lending to Corporates
- Should possess an experience of building newer alliances & must have the flair to grow business volumes by building long lasting relationships
- Tier-1 MBA candidates will be preferred
