- To handle claims (Non-Motor / Commercial Line of Business) for corporate clients excluding personal lines of insurance - from claim intimation till settlement and managing team.

- Technical guidance to team and clients

- Team Management

- Relationship Management - clients, insurance company officials and surveyors

- Managing and guiding the team to achieve the set goals

- Process supervision

- Review with teams and clients

- Effective settlement of claims

- Good Experience in experience with handling claims
