Job Description : Senior Leadership Internal Audit role with one of the new age banking setups. Looking for candidates only from the banking space (Private sector banks, Small Finance banks or Payment banks)

Client Details : Our client is one of the new age banking setups

Description :

- Planning and execution of audits of verticals/functions to assess controls, operational and technical efficiency and compliance with selected policies, procedures, and regulations

- Preparation of strategic audit plans

- Participate in initiatives for procedure developments and operational improvements

- Promote the highest standards of ethics and standards across the organisation based on the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, and confidentiality

- Review the activities under outsourcing arrangements

- Prepare and present accurate internal audit reports/ratings and summary of significant audit observations for consideration of the Audit Committee

- Report on internal control issues and the implementation of the internal audit plan

Profile :

- Candidate with atleast 10 years of experience and currently working with banking setup (private sector banks, small finance banks or payments bank). Candidates with non banking background will not be evaluated.

- CAs (only working in banking setups) would be preferred
