Assistant Vice President - Channel Marketing - Insurance

Role : AVP

Key Deliverables in the Role : 

- Key contact for partners, partnership teams and channel strategy teams for all Trade, Events and BTL Marketing.

- Responsible for anchoring support from all marketing and other support functions for delivering marketing KPIs to key partner such as bank branch activation, agent recruitment, lead funnel management etc

- Develop BTL marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy

- Ensure adequate brand visibility, availability of product, sales literature and sales augmentation material with partners and branch offices

- Conceptualise and execute high impact promotions, on-ground activities, sales incentive programs (for bank partners) and customer engagement programs.

- Cultivate strategies to drive up distributor NPS while working with stakeholders across the organisation

- Take ownership of BTL agency and ensure KPIs are defined and met

- Work with Corporate communication, Brand and Digital team to ensure consistency of brand communication

- Oversee new product launches, employee town-halls, leadership conferences and events

Experience and Skills Required : 

- Post graduate in management / marketing diploma

- Minimum 10 years overall experience in BTL, trade, channel or banca marketing with minimum 6 years experience in financial services preferably with large bank(s)v / insurance company

- Proven track record of delivery (strategy to execution) in organisations worked for

- Good understanding of brand management, digital marketing and sales promotions

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Strong relationship management skills

- Creativity and strong project management abilities

- Strong focus on execution while managing multiple initiatives

- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues, managing team, and representing the organization with partners
