Assistant Vice President - Change Management - Treasury Team - Financial Institution

Our client is a leading financial institution seeking for an experienced individual for AVP-Change Management-Treasury

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Working across global projects in treasury team and influencing stakeholders across regions.

- Create a business case, conceptual designs, and translate business priorities and requirements into actionable, structured, project plans.

- Forming and communicating change agenda and gaining stakeholder buy-in.

- Partner closely with Middle Office, Finance, Operations, COO teams, and Technology partners to define/re-define business processes and implement related technology solutions/workflows within Global Markets to support in Business activities like.

- Reports on a program of projects with varying levels of complexity often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix of partners. Ensures transparency to key stakeholders, sponsor, and champions.

- Assist in managing program/project financials, risk management, and partners with technology program solutions manager for infrastructure requirements

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Any Graduate/PostGraduate with 12+ years of relevant experience in banking and finance.

- PMP certified with strong project management skills with at least 4 years of experience in treasury projects.

- Good understanding of financial products, basic IT infrastructure and Middle Office / Back Office processes & procedures

- Acumen to decipher Regulatory, Legal and Compliance documents and prepare BRD, FRD and other business & techno-functional documents
