Roles & Responsibilities :- This role is techno functional Team Lead role with prior experience as BSG or Business analyst/ Solution architect for Corporate Card/ Credit Card
- Role also entails working across various team and working on projects.
- Person will work with various stakeholders to drive IT related projects with focus on various Corporate Credit Card projects.
- Person will work on, various API Integration and related credit card eco-systems.
- It involves all stages of PMO including BRD writing, initial discussions, UAT, Development and project governance etc.
- Need to have knowledge of Corporate Card, customer journey, API, UI/UX stories.
- Previous working experience of CTL Prime and surround system is preferred.
- Experience in working on Agile Sprint plans for onboarding/Mobile Banking and Internet Banking systems
- Act as Technology Consultant to Business Team to ensure requirements are fulfilled with min changes to multiple Systems
- Responsibility includes all stages of PMO project management including BRD writing, initial discussions, UAT, Development and project governance etc.
- Liaising with key stakeholders like respective IT RMs, Product, Portfolio, Sales, Credit, Policy, BBOG, DBAT, BIU, etc.
- Launch and scale up new functionalities for Corporate Card to enhance acquisition and customer management process including Product and Portfolio
- Build capabilities for Life cycle management on various card journey.
- Providing Ongoing support for New Developments/Change requests
- Implementation of Policy, Business & compliance Changes
- Management of Partners Tech requirements & Queries
- Ensure all the business, technical, regulatory and compliance related changes for the Credit Card Business are implemented
- Ensure Solutions are scalable and there are no major functional issues post Production
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost.
