Purpose :

The primary objective of the role is to provide strong leadership and drive business and finance management through all phases of the financial planning and analysis processes for senior management. The incumbent leads and manages business planning requirements of Group companies and each subsidiaries and business units.

Duties/Responsibilities :

- Lead the core planning functions - results analysis, forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning

- Support Group CEO and partner with MDs of all subsidiaries/business units in business planning aspects of the group

- Lead and manage the relationship with senior management, the finance department and all business partners

- Drive and coordinate business planning involvement in strategic initiatives

- Coordinate with all functions of each business unit within the group to ensure business planning requirements are fulfilled

- Design financial models and metrics to measure performance and highlight key issues for senior management

- Provide ad hoc analytical support to facilitate decision making

- Work closely with the senior management team on strategic operating issues, long-term strategies and profit goals through the development and implementation of financial and strategic planning

- Gather internal and external market/competitive trends

- Provide data for analysis for Group CFO & Group CEO for quarterly investor relation presentations

- Create executive presentations used for business updates to the senior management team including global parent organization

- Develop processes to monitor the implementation of strategic efforts

Requirements :

Education : CA/MBA Finance

Experience in Consulting/BFSI domain is mandatory

Exp- 10-15 years
