- Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions. - Excellent written and verbal presentation skills to communicate how your work is going and what you've learned with those you are working with. - You should have an basic understanding of algorithms and techniques from Machine Learning, Statistics, and robust experience in deploying algorithms to solve business problems or research questions. - You should have serious exposure to data visualization tools such as Periscope, Metabase, Tableau, chart.js, etc. Experience: - 5+ years as an analytical professional role with 3+ years in a leadership role - More specifically, we're looking for someone with experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data, and someone with at least 3 years of experience leading a team.
