Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Good experience in Real Estate markets to drive the business
2. Sourcing : Maintain and acquire new relationships with real estate developers across India .
3. Credit selection : Actively work on selecting the right developers and projects to take up for financing and/or syndication
4. Structuring the proposals in real estate from credit and pricing perspective
5. Live Deals Stage : Working with internal teams (sales, credit, risk, senior management) to ensure that the deals are approved within the system.
6. Syndication of real estate deals with external investors
7. Maintaining and expanding relations with investors in the market
