- Key responsibility is to prospect and on-board MME clients

- Identify areas for pitching asset or liability solutions, work with product partners across TTS, FX etc. to suggest appropriate solutions

- For asset clients, work with Credit Analytics Unit (CAU) and Risk partners to evaluate credit appropriateness and disburse the facility

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Network through industry associations or use personal/professional alliances to identify and prospect MME names

- Interact with promoters/top management in target companies and understand their financial/banking requirements

- Develop solutions for the company, including credit solutions. Partner with product specialists across FX, TTS and IB to suggest appropriate client solutions

- Work with Credit Analytics Unit and Risk partners to structure a credit solution with appropriate security structure and other risk mitigants

- Work with Operations and CRMS to complete KYC/loan documentation to on-board the client

Profile

The Successful Applicant

Qualification - CA (First Attempt)/MBA (Top Tier)

Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of relevant banking experience

- Fundamentals of Credit Underwriting, Risk, Financial Statement Analysis, Trade and Cash Ace, SPIN

- You should have excellent business acumen, strong analytical & presentation skills

- You should have excellent negotiating skills, superior leadership attributes, a positive & proactive attitude, a strong industry network, strategic vision & high customer service orientation.

- You should have sound product knowledge across the gamut of secured and unsecured wholesale lending products

- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders.
