Assistant Vice President - Business Development - Hospitality/Real Estate - IIM/ISB

Role Description -

- Strategic Planning for Expansion

- Strategizing the entire launch along with drafting actionables with suitable timelines and support from technology.

- Ensuring proper coordination with all the support departments and vendors.

- P/L Ownership

- Analysing the costs and revenues and taking full ownership of the city.

- Generating future insights for more business opportunities in the city.

- Engage in constant communication with all the stakeholders to identify and solve problems, to find best practices, to strengthen the launch process.

- Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and ensure cost reduction, quality control.

- Business Development

- Planning the lead generation strategies across B2B and B2C sales.

- Monitoring growth and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Application Requirements -

- Post graduate from IIM A/B/C / ISB

- Work experience of at-least 4 years

- Comfortable with travel and setting up business from scratch
