AVP Business Analytics

We are hiring a AVP Business Analytics for a leading Bank

Expertise Required :

The business analytics manager will have the following responsibilities :

- Be responsible for managing a team of analysts. The manager will be responsible for managing the team, driving deliverables & partner management.

- As a manager, the candidate is expected to be involved in recruitment, career planning and providing mentorship to the team members.

- Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex, open ended business problems to drive portfolio growth and meet business objectives

- Ability to focus on multiple priorities and drive solutions in a fast paced working environment

- Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Strong process/project management skills

- Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.

Analytical Skills :

- Basic Statistics

- Hypothesis testing, A/B testing, Segmentation

- Proficient in Formulating Analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data and providing actionable insights to the business stakeholders

- Ability to handle complex data and generate meaningful business insights

- Knowledge of Banking, Credit Card Industry, Marketing Analytics would be an advantage

Tools and Platforms :

- SAS, SQL

- MS Excel, PowerPoint

Educational and Experience :

- 8+ years of hands on experience in delivering Analytical solutions. Experience in banking industry preferred.

- MBA / Master degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech / B.E in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications
