Job Summary : Handling Business Performance Management of Retail Banking space

Job Responsibilities :

- Proposed and published metrics and KPIs to be incorporated into monthly P&L and dashboards/scorecards.

- Plan and conduct monthly reviews with Business Heads highlighting key achievements and pro-active recommendations on areas of improvement 

- Lead the annual budgeting exercise process for retail banking from Finance team in liaison with business/product teams
