Roles & responsibilities :

- Integrate brand positioning and customer proposition in all communication and customer journey.

- ATL Campaigns to increase customer base in every part of the marketing funnel.

- Drive Same Store Tickets Growth by execution of marketing campaigns in collabaration with creative agencies

- ROI of campaign - optimized media selection and budgets to achieve growth

- Cafe System overall targets achievement .

- Understanding of consumer insights to drive positioning, new products and increased customer acquisition in specific segments

- Brand Awareness, Consideration, TOM. Attitudes and Barriers.

- Overall share of voice of brand, social media engagement and followers,

- Should be detail oriented as far as campaign and marketing execution goes.

- Good design sense and understanding of working with creatives/agencies.

- Should have done sales before.
