Assistant Vice President - Business

Purpose of the Role : To support COO in driving various initiatives in distribution support through project management and monitoring that will include driving business analytics and automation of statutory reporting amongst various other items.

- The objective is to improve the overall manpower efficiencies and process effectiveness in Operations, Claims and Underwriting functions.

Main Responsibility Key Result Area ;

1. Supporting COO with Business Analytics & Intelligence and providing timely analytics with key actionable in line with strategy Analytics

2. Monitor Ratios for Business units, channels, Lines and identify red flags & corrective action. Implement actions and close loop by follow up in subsequent months.

Monitoring Ratios :

3. Identify & streamline business processes by way of reengineering, automation & poka yoke. Streamlining the process

4. Monitor profitability metrics & provide corresponding analytics

Qualification and Experience Requirement :

Education : Enineering background preferred - B.Tech (E&EE),- MBA (Finance & Strategy)

- Experience in similar profile, preferably in BFSI industry
