Assistant Vice President - Asset Servicing & Corporate Actions - Bank

Our client is one of the leading Global Bank, is looking for AVP in Asset Servicing role.

Roles & Responsibility:-

Establishing procedures with notification to clients and processing of corporate action events.

Manage delivery across multiple teams in Asset Servicing ensuring SLA adherence.

Review and control of the all the daily/monthly/weekly process MIS and reports.

Coordinate the processing of payments due with adequate accuracy and timeliness.

Identify potential risk areas and ensure implementation of effective controls. Build and maintain strong relationship with stake holders.

Play a lead role in any - change the bank- projects involving the functional area owned by the team

Establish effective working relationships with peer group, and internal clients.

Primary/secondary escalation point for all process issues for the markets/processes in scope Continually look for improvements to processes and controls within functional area.

Desired Skills:

Should hold experience in income processing corporate actions, and reconciliation of income payments and market claims
