KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meet unit targets

- Achieve revenue targets.

- Track productivity measures as per the GPA for the unit.

- Execute plans for growth of the agency.

- Meet rural and social policy targets.

- Assist in overall running of the G.O

Qualification & Background

- Graduate / MBA.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and sales management in agency channel in previous or current role.

- Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven.

- Team Management skills

- Motivating and coaching skills
