Job Description :
Team Management
- Leading the Hospitality team.
SME of HK & pest
- Travel & Accommodation management team
Housekeeping :
- Hospitality is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, to include Offices, Guest Houses, Branches, and ATM
- Take charge of the House Keeping Activities
- Solid understanding of housekeeping and HK material supplies
- To ensure all appropriate House Keeping policies and procedures are followed.
- To ensure that adequate staffing is available to ensure good standards of cleanliness.
- To hold regular performance appraisals with all vendors and their staff, identifying areas for development and training needs,
- Use latest technology to bring in efficiency and reduce manpower.
Drinking Water, Pest Control, Tea & Coffee :
- Commercial coordination for Pest Control and ensure 100% effectiveness.
- Guidelines for Package drinking Water, Tea / Coffee and maintain quality control.
Hotel Management :
- Empanelment of New Agency (supply)
- Hotel Empanelment, and all related Hotel affairs
- Bulk Bookings of Hotels - Room Requirement
- Coordination with the respective Hotels for smooth accommodation arrangement
- Commercial coordination for meetings and conferences (as per HDFC Bank requirements) with respective Hotels (registered with HDFC Bank Pan India)
Accommodation management system
- Attend to the AMS (Accommodation Management System) Guest House Booking (Pan India)
- Updating the AMS software from time to time. (Guest House and Hotel upload)
- Making bulk Bookings if required.
- To coordinate with respective regional admin for upkeep and updating of all GH and HH
- In charge of ALL GH and HH in Mumbai
- Pool Car maintenance
- Provide assistance to other employees and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department.
Travel
- To do a fortnightly review meeting with the travel agents to measure performance.
- To ensure USEFUL MIS is provided by the agents as per the format provided to them.
- Should ensure the Travel agents are adhering to the SLAs.
- SLAs should be reviewed and renewed along with the management.
- To ensure that there are check and controls in place on both sides with respect the Invoices.
