Job Description:
- Candidate should be from private equity funds into real estate acquisitions and should have done equity deals and transactions.
- Should know financial modeling.
- It can also come from real estate developer's business development and acquisition teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and Universities for originating and closing potential transactions.
- Create financial models and presentations for the investment committee.
- Supervise due diligence by various service providers.
- Review and negotiate transaction documents.
- Manage post acquisition integration of acquired properties.
- Strong exposure to real-estate investments.
- Strong exposure on Financial modeling, due diligence.
- Exposure of working with Private Equity firms, Hospitality industry or Real Estate companies.
- Personality trade: excellent in written & verbal communication.
