Position: AVP Accounts & MIS

Job Responsibilities:

Management Information Systems ( MIS ):

- Ensure timely submission of Profit & Loss Account, Working capital analysis, Variance/GAP Analysis to management

- Preparation of budgets & Cost Controlling through monitoring expenses with budget & highlighting trend with relevant analysis to prompt timely management intervention.

- Analysis of Profit/ Loss and reconciliation with working capital and Cash flow

- Ensure timely closing of financial period in SAP and control over activities in system

Corporate Planning( FPNA)/forecasting :

- Business forecasting, Financial performance reporting, Preparation of Annual budget & control over expenses

- Value Chain analysis ( Pricing Structure of product)

- Control over Value chain pricing with actual Sale price of Product

- Analysis of SOA ( Standard price on actual sale)

- Monitor the income and expenses versus budget, track the variances, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on remedial actions to ensure the adherence to the budget and to support the effective monitoring of performance within the budget

FINALISATION :

- Acquainted with IFRS

- Ensure generation of monthly and quarterly financial statements - Balance Sheet and P/L statements in compliance with the statutory/regulatory norms

- Ensure timely closing of Books

- Preparation of Trial Balance for 8(Eight) companies having different Financial Years & Two Overseas Companies

- Ensuring accuracy of All provision and Expenses

- Coordination with Banks and all Factories/Branches for timely reconciliation of Intercompany Balances.

- Supervise timely and accurate internal audits and finalize Accounts for the Concept

- Ensure Compliance to Company policies, practices and accounting standards

Accounting :

- Ensure Accuracy of all Accounting entries

- Approve, authorize all payments and ensure accuracy in timelines and accuracy in all payments

- Ensure Funds Availability & timely payment to employee and vendors

- Controls over Cash transactions & day to day activity

- Ensure Vendor Payments in different payments modes i.e. LC/ Hundies/ DA
