5 yrs in BFSI  Accelerate Revenue / Revenue Growth - Delivery Impact - Margin Mgt - Account Ops  - Strong Technical delivery grounding - with demonstrated delivery experience in some of both, technical and non-technical competencies  - Good relationship management skills. Should be able to independently connect at CXO level  - Sales/Pre-Sales - Should've been part of conversion team playing an active role in prospect to sale conversions  - IT Service Provider experience (not captive or end-user)  - Ability to lead first one or two levels of new conversations with decision makers in Development and QA areas.  - Open to short and frequent travel
