ROOTS CORPORATION LIMITED  JOB DESCRIPTION :  Job Title (s) : Assistant Manager Training   Department : Human Resources, Training & Administration  Education / Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate  Age : 25 - 30 Years  Experience : 2 Years + Training Experience   Job Purpose :   - To assist the Training function in implementing training programs for pre and post unit launch as well as refresher training in operating units.   - To assist in training and improve operational efficiencies in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Travel Desk and Security.  - Maintaining Ginger Standards, SOP compliance and compliance with all unit policies, auditing processes, both for Ginger staff as well as service providers- staff.  Reports to (Designation) : Manager - Training  Job Responsibility/Scope :   - To conduct induction training every month for new recruits.  - Responsible to deliver training sessions for front office, housekeeping, F&B service, security, and travel desk at the unit.  - To conduct face to face sessions for each unit every alternate month.  - To coordinate training activities, pre and post launch.  - To conduct refresher training at all Ginger units.  - To conduct audits as per schedule.  - To conduct trainings on operational safety procedures.  - To bring in consistency to all operational practices.  - To deliver training modules as per training plans.  - To deliver pre-launch training and rendering of post-launch training support.  - Assist Deputy Manager in E-learning sessions.  - Assist Deputy Manager in the development and fine tuning of SOP manuals as and when process changes and change in service strategies occur.  - To introduce best practices at hotels.  - To inculcate a culture of Environmental responsibility through various operational practices.  - To report gaps and non-compliance for every visit.   - To track guest complaints and implement a corrective action plan to resolve them.  - To maintain training records, assessment sheets, and feedback sheets, for staff at each unit.  - To submit monthly training reports by the 02nd of every month.  - Sourcing Front Office staff through various channels
