Job Summary/Purpose: Ensures that the L&D consistently has resources of adequate, up to date professional training material and equipment. He/she ensures that the L&D department is constantly aware of all training activities which must be efficiently and effectively administered. In performing these duties, he/she shall always maintain good rapport with in-house Co-ordinators and the Department Heads. Key Areas: - Part of the interview panel to ensure the right talent is identified. - Translate Training Needs into Training that will help groom the employees. - Identify and assess training requirements by evaluating the challenges and strengths. - Design annual training programs - Familiarize new hires to the company and conduct orientation sessions. - Stay up to date with the latest tools and training strategies in employee development. - Training Delivery (VILT, ILT) - Understanding of andragogy - Expertise to master the full training cycle. - Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) - Understanding of both conventional and modern training tools, methods, and techniques - Inviting guest speakers in a training session to share their expertise with the employees. - Analyzing recruiters- skills and potential to provide them different training sessions for enhancing their capabilities. - Identifying the need for training and accordingly, arranging training materials and developing training programs. - Coordinating with different departments to analyze which departments need training and designing the training strategy accordingly. - Managing the expenses of training sessions - Reporting the effectiveness of the training sessions - Conducting different orientation setups - Content management, development, and curation - Training Calendar and Training forecasting - Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs for different departments and levels - Designing content for e-learning courses, workshops, and training analysis - Maintaining relationships with vendors and consultants for L&D
