Assistant Technical Project Manager Location - Goregaon Westin Responsibilities : Must have : - A min of 3-5 years' experience in Program Management in IT / IT enabled - Industries with a good knowledge of Insurance domain - Good knowledge of Digital Implementation in the space of Website - transformation, API integrations & Microservices architecture projects. - Ability to organize work in a dynamic environment - Good stakeholder management skills - People management and negotiation skills - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to coordinate across teams - Effective reporting skills - Must have good knowledge of Office 365 tools like excel, ppt, word, teams and one drive etc - Excellent command over written & spoken English must have the ability articulate well Good to have: - Certified PMP, CSM, PSM or Scaled Agile certified - Good knowledge of PM tools like, Microsoft Project, Jira, PMO tools, - Smartsheet etc. Skills required: - Should be a graduate - 3-5 years of experience in project management roles within BFSI, IT services , start-ups will be preferred. - Understanding of insurance category would be an added advantage - Self-starter, initiator, and a great problem solver.
