Currently, they are looking to expand their operations and hence, are looking to recruit a Assistant Service Manager, based out of their office in Kolkata
Description :
Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be responsible for:
- Handling Service Issues in the region and monitoring of Service calls from Engineers
- Out of warranty to Contract conversion, timely renewals of CMC, Negotiation with customers for CMC and repairs, Consumable sale, timely billing and collection of AR from Dealers and Customers
- Spares and Loaner Inventory Management, Spares consumption in CRM
- Manage training for Field Engineers
- Timely escalation & resolution of Service issues and Maintaining TAT and CSI under contro
- Install base Data Management
