Age: 40-45 years

Qualification: Graduation. Engineering graduates preferred.

Experience:

- 10-15+ years of experience in similar functions in a reputed large/medium e-commerce company.

- Proven track record and strong analytical, communication, inter-personal / networking skills, business acumen are essential requirements.

- Candidates with background of Automotive industry with specific exposure to after sales Service will be an advantage.

Job:

The incumbent shall be responsible for setting up and managing the e-commerce business for the Group and ensuring achievement of targets in terms of revenue and profitability.

The job involves formulating and implementing innovative & comprehensive business strategies, carrying out strategic marketing plans, market research, budgeting, managing the team, networking with various vendors, warehouses and other strategic business partners etc.

Customer relationship management, resolution of customer grievances, management of web portal application and back end integration with service providers also forms part of the job.
