Assistant Sales Manager - Sourcing - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Strategy for Real Estate Projects:

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and project teams to develop sourcing strategies for construction materials, services, and other project requirements.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the unique needs of each real estate development project.

Supplier Relationship Management in Real Estate Industry:

- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers in the real estate and construction industry.

- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing agreements while maintaining long-term partnerships.

Contract Negotiation for Real Estate Projects:

- Work closely with the legal and procurement teams to negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers specific to real estate development projects.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Project Collaboration:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand specific project requirements and source materials accordingly.

- Provide expertise in sourcing construction materials and services that align with project goals.

Market Analysis in Real Estate Development:

- Stay informed about market trends in the real estate and construction sectors.

- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and strategic sourcing.

Budget Management:

- Work closely with the Finance team to manage and optimize sourcing budgets for each real estate project.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Sales Support in Real Estate Sales:

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and sales team to ensure the availability of necessary materials for sales and marketing efforts.

- Provide support in presenting project proposals to potential clients, highlighting the sourcing strategy and quality of materials.
