Responsibilities
1. Effectively execute and implement Key account Strategy and annual key account plans with the Frontline sales team. Meet the sales and distribution targets.
2. Support Director –Sales to conduct and conclude timely annual trading terms negotiation with Key accounts
within trade spend budgets provided.
3. Execute agreed channel specific distribution and NPD roll out objectives.
4. Support Director –Sales to develop and update key account promotional calendar from time to time. Effectively
implement agreed specific key account promotional calendar with trade marketing and execute via with field
sales teams periodically.
5. Conduct trade spend evaluation periodically with Trade marketing for her Key accounts.
6. Conduct periodic business reviews with Key accounts to align priorities develop joint business plans.
7. Effectively implement Category management projects in target accounts.
8. Review periodically accounts profitability and feedback the same so as to align plans to improve the same.
9. Identify potential new channel development and jointly with trade marketing develop plans to tap these for our
products.
10. Interaction with top management/ decision making authorities of existing/ new business corporate clients.
11. Business Development/ Relationship Management and Customer retention.
12. Servicing the need of Corporates/OEM’s for their general products.
13. Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.
14. Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under her keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall
organizational needs and future growth expectations.
15. Responsible for overall business development in region
16. To use competitive intelligence and to increase the business share in market or at the customer place.
Required Skills
1. 5-7 years of corporate marketing experience with at least 3 years’ hard core sales experience
2. Bachelor’s in business or marketing, MBA from Premiere institute
3. Very strong communication skills (written & verbal)
4. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams.
