Job Description :
1. Should be a peoples person with Strong team building/ and mentoring capabilities.
2. Should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and a high achievement orientation.
3. Handle end-to-end Sales Operations with the help of ZM, RM & SE.
4. Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies.
5. Meet the customers (Doctors) and channel partners (C&F, Stockists- ) and promote the company products.
6. Achieve sales targets on monthly basis.
7. Ensure through reporting Managers that all Doctors as per approved PCPs are visited regularly.
8. Developing the Customer database and providing required information as and when required.
9. Support the field sales force by being the primary point of contact for all Sales Operations deliverables.
10. Develop training, communication and support plans that influence field efficiency in a positive manner.
11. Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly Zonal Sales.
12. Develop sales operations policies and procedures.
13. Control attrition and build a motivated and committed sales team thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward.
