Assistant Relationship Manager - Working Capital - SME Segment

Indicative Requirements:

- 1-5 years relevant experience

- MBA or Chartered Accountant

- Relationship management skills with good networking skills

- Strong domain knowledge with an eye for detail

- Strong analytical and financial skills

- Strong communication skills, oral as well as written

- Need to be persuasive and empathetic

- Ability to influence clients and connect with them at various levels in their organization

- Highest level of professional and personal honesty, integrity and ethics

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives

- Good understanding of financial products, Credit & Industry

Indicative Responsibilities:

- Understand clients' business and provide appropriate working capital solutions across Fund/NonFund based products such as Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers Credit, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee

- Assisting Relationship Manager - support to the senior RM in managing SME.

- Focus to continually increase the Book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio.

- Understand client business models, trade related activities, cash flows etc. and identify opportunities and grow client relationships.

- Running P&L growth by new acquisition as well as deepening of existing relationships

- Manage revenue delivery across products

- Ensure compliance to bank's audits, statutory and regulatory requirements

- Provide customer experience of high standards

- Responsible for accounts profitability and ensure minimal delinquency by regular monitoring of customer accounts

- Drive key bank initiatives collectively as a team member

- Be alert on competitive elements in the target segments (viz. other banks etc.) and augment the presence and penetration of the brand in the target market.
