JOB ROLE - Managing relationships of large groups & deeper penetration of the group in terms of subsidiary companies/JVs/associate companies of the group - Achieve KRAs in terms of targeted Asset book, Income, CASA, FX, DCM, NTBs, Fees etc. - Cross sell - Get Corporate Salary mandates from the group, privy accounts & cross sell other products of the group - Preparation of detailed account plan, wallet sheets & making of group presentations - Deeper client engagement, building relationship with key clients & achieve targeted wallet share. - Working closely with product teams like GTS, FX, DCM, KMIL/KMP & making client pitches/product presentations - Having complete understanding of the credit of the company, present proposals to management for seeking approvals & deal closure with client. - Regular monitoring of the account to ensure nil overdues - Maintain Portfolio hygiene in terms of closure of deferrals in time, negotiation of documents with clients, security creation & ensuring portfolio health is maintained. JOB REQUIREMENT - MBA from a reputed institute/CA, with at least 8-10 years of experience - Good understanding of financial products, Credit & Industry - Good communication skills, presentation skills & client handling experience
