Key Deliverable :

- As individual contributor implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue target.

- Overseeing sales activities, forecasting monthly / quarterly sales targets. Maximizing the profit in assigned region.

- To develop the strategy at territory level/ product level for retail business, & download it to the respective team member & implementation

- To ensure YOY increment in luxury / premium products contribution in total sales

- Channel expansion and development to achieve overall organizational goal of 5X in 5Y.

- Proven ability of New product placement successfully, achieving /exceeding NP sales plan

- Ensure healthy ROI of channel partners to keep their interest intact on our business.

- Lead grassroots advocacy & expand effectiveness of product massage within the architect fraternity.

- Competition Tracking and analysis, (schemes & products), & share details with marketing team to strengthen our weak area.

- Develops action plans (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analysing quarterly and monthly sales figures, and reports identifying the needs of particular territory and discussing issues with reporting manager to help the organization achieve its sales goals.

- Market mapping to identify potential catchment for new business development.

- BTL Activities, for architect, Show & tell at dealer showroom to grow their business.

- Sales promotional schemes penetration & ensure scheme participation on optimal level.

- Provide technical training to dealer store manager to keep them update on new products.
