Job Title : Assistant Project Manager (APM)
Job Purpose :
The APM will be responsible for the all-round co-ordination for the projects handles by him. He will work in tandem with the Project Manager he reports to, on all issues related to build-up & Maintenance of stores. He is jointly responsible for the closure of all issues.
Mandatory part of the Candidate profile :
- Experience of Minimum 2-3 years on Interior Projects - Residential, Commercial & Retail.
- Candidates in the Field of Architecture and Interior Design dealing with completing project work end-to-end.
- Should possess a full time Undergraduate degree/ diploma in Interior Design from a reputed Interior Design / Architecture School.

- Head of Business - Mall Management / LL
- Business Manager for the Brand
- Procurement Team (EPC) - General Contractor
- International Partners
- Project Manager / Head
- Finance Team
- BD & Real Estate Team
- International Vendors
- Local Suppliers / Vendors
What is that you need to do :
Design Co-ordination with the Brand Partner:
- Write to the brand the design brief received from the Business team for the store setup.
- Conclude with all the internal customers the design proposal received from the Brand.
- Get approval for all items localized from the International Partner.
Price Negotiation with the EPC team :
- Ensure all Technical details required by the Commercial/EPC team are provided.
- Validate the quantities for the rate analysis done by the Supplier.-
- Follow-up with the EPC for early/timely closure of request raised.
Site Progress Report :
- Publish the weekly report for all on-going sites with detailed photos
- Updation of PERT basis the progress of work at site.
- Highlight issues that you may for see on account of the work in progress.
Maintenance Reports :
- Publish the weekly report for all on-going sites with detailed photos.
- Work towards preventive maintenance for stores.
- Ensure the store decor of all operational stores are maintained in line with global standards.
Monitoring of Maintenance & Store build-up in progress :
- Periodic visits to the stores operational or under construction to ensure quality and timely completion of the work under taken.
- Publish report of observations made during all visits to stores.
Desired Capabilities :
- Good energy levels - with ability to multiple task and deliver desired results with quality.
- Good analytical skills, ability to use AutoCAD effectively for driving the Project Activity.
- Effective listening & communications Skills - ability to put the point across with simplicity
- Ability to see the larger picture - ability to zoom in & zoom out.
