Portfolio monitoring 

- Portfolio monitoring through TTD, segmentation, regional analysis, lag tracking, bureau scrubs, non-starter reviews, deviation analysis, early mortality etc.

- Preparing NPA and provisioning files on monthly basis.

- Natural Calamity : Validation of customer data eligible for various natural calamities; monitoring of recovery in postponed accounts.

- Monsoon monitoring: during Kharif season.

- KILL BILL Tracking.

- Working with Product & Operations team for timely submission of data required by regulators eg Interest subvention.

Policy/process training/Conducting of test 

- Conducting regular Policy trainings for Credit, Collections, Analytics, Fincon, etc.

- Conducting Policy test for line credit on quarterly basis.

- Preparation of Newsletter/MIS decks

- Preparation of newsletter frame work with key MIS.

- Preparing dash board, MIS decks for regional reviews.

- Preparation and publishing TTD on a periodic basis.

- Preparation of KGC Dashboard on fortnightly basis.

- Preparation of KGC Auto/ TW Dashboard on fortnightly basis.

- Ensure uniform policy implementation across locations - Maintenance of updated policy in eAsset guru.

- Publishing new policies to line credit, Product, Operations through Lono.

- Regular contact with BSG, Operations for automation.

- Coordinating with Audit team for agri credit related queries.

- Working with Analytics team for development of Scorecards, PA- PQ bases, etc.

- Preparation of data cuts for policy formulation.

- Collection of line feedback on new policy propositions.

- Collection and study of product related literature from net.

- Visit of geography for which new product is proposed to assess the product viability.

- Study of existing policies for cross sell products.

- Implementation of new & cutting edge technologies related to agriculture viz. Skymet, Bhuvan, etc.

- Regular monitoring of agri-climatic factors using websites like Skymet Weather and IMD.

- Use of latest data analysis tools for better and effective analysis like SAS-VA, Angoss, Power Maps, Tableau, etc.

- UAT testing for various system changes, automation of policies and deviations.

PAR monitoring

- Implementation of new age PAR methodologies like Legal Audit, Intelligent sampling, credit manager grading, etc.

- Policy training to PAR executives.

- Sharing new policies and amendments
