Designation: Assistant Product Manager

Company Profile :

One of the world's leading suppliers of mechanical cleaning products is looking for a 4-6 years experienced product manager with a proven track record in brand / product management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage the marketing mix- 4Ps :

- Pricing & analyzing the potential profitability

- Exploring new ways to communicate,

- Coordinating & monitoring marketing activities

- Work with field sales organization/ trade marketing to drive brand turnover.

- Lead projects & managing in a cross-functional way (across Marketing, Sales, Product Supply, R&D, Controlling, Design agency etc..)

- New product launch.

- Competition analysis.

- Liaison & coordinate with all functions in the organization ( eg. To develop product line extensions, quality improvements, packaging changes, cost reductions, rationalization, pricing strategies etc..)

- Recommend new business opportunities within the product categories.

- Take lead on research projects to fill the category innovation pipeline

Desired Profile :

Minimum Qualifications : Graduation in any stream + PG/ MBA/ PGDBM in Sales and Marketing

Minimum Experience : 4-6 years

Industry preference : FMCG, FMCD background
