Job Title: Assistant Manager - Product

Reports to Associate Director Marketing

Industry- FMCG

Purpose of Job:

This position is responsible for the planning and execution of product and promotional plans under the direction of the Marketing Manager.

- Responsibilities include development and execution of Product and promotional plan, Monthly promotional and brand sales analysis tracking vis-a-vis sales targets and forecast.

- Supporting the Associate Director - Marketing on New product launches, premium development in tandem with the global guidelines.

- Customer/Consultant complaints handling in coordination with the Regional R & D team for product queries and health complaints.

- Market Reseach on competitors’new launches and promotion, competitive price benchmarking of products.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Program/ Brand Analysis on a weekly basis with a monthly report submission which includes analysis on product movement vis-à-vis targets/forecasting, tracking of promotional analysis vis-à-vis business case, planning and recommendations for subsequent product promotions.

2. Support Marketing Manager in New Product Launches/ Plans through product programs and sourcing of Marketing premiums & helping with the PR material content.

3. Designing Consultant marketing programs focused) product promotions

4. Product Health complaints handling

5. Responsible for planning and execution of local Market Research Projects, surveys, competitor pricing analysis.

6. Updation of the corporate web site and In Touch site on a regular basis

7. Product knowledge workshops, makeup workshops & new employee product workshop.

Key Qualifications:

- MBA with 4 -6 years experience

- Previous experience in products, promotions, communications and brand

- Experience preferably gained from cosmetic company/fmcg/direct sales.

- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail required

- Excellent Planning, execution and interpersonnel skills

- Excellent oral and written communications
