Assistant Plant Manager - Foods Manufacturing - IIT/NIT/BITS

Looking for a candidate who will be responsible over plant operations for Food manufacturing plant,

Role and Responsibility : 

- Ensured delivery of production targets with complete adherence to Quality and Safety standards.

- Benchmarked manufacturing operations to achieve Best in class practices, partnered in Black belt projects.

- Owned Capability Building agenda and development of Lean Six Sigma representatives in the team.

- Would be responsible for handling hands-on experience in all levels of plant operations.

- Should have experience in : 

- Production Planning

- Machine Maintenance

- Six Sigma project

- Maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Work Location : Vietnam

Experience : 3+ years post education .

Education : B.Tech from top engineering colleges
