Job Description

Designation : Assistant Operations Manager FMCG

Key Responsibilities :

- Project scoping, requirement assessment and problem structuring

- Understanding clients specific research requirements and coming up with solutions

- Designing research approach using both secondary and primary research methodologies

- Information analysis, insight generation and presentation in various formats (PowerPoint, Excel)

- Thinking creatively throughout a project to overcome bottlenecks and providing thought- leadership

- Coordinating shareholder meetings and press conferences,

- Releasing financial data, leading financial analyst briefings, publishing reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

- To track different types of investor transactions like buying, redeeming, switching in or out, changing bank mandates, updating personal information, and many others.

- Draft Report and working file Assistance to reporting manager in report drafting and working file

- Presentation of observation in Draft report and discussion with reporting manager.

- Follow up with Process owner for Management response, action plan, person responsible with timeline.

- Preparation of file (both electronic & hard) for each assignment. Follow up Followup with Process Owners

- Maintaining the issue tracker for issues raised based on reports under guidance of reporting manager.

- Follow up for status of implementation of action plan for issues raised in previous audits reports under guidance of reporting manager.

- Updating and submission of issue tracker to reporting manager on a periodic basis. Compliance management system Responsible for all compliance management system

- Ensures a company follows all ethical and legal requirements.

- Enforce regulations, company policies and codes of conduct to comply with rules.

- Taking care of all the work & task related to compliance Problem Solving Technical Capabilities

- Functionally ability, Knowledge of ERP, MS-Office

Qualifications and Skills :

- Experience in verticals such as Food & beverages, Home & personal care, etc. on projects involving secondary and primary research

- Minimum of four years experience in managing projects and teams

- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
