Assistant Marketing Manager - Poultry Industry - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We have an urgent opening with our esteemed client in Poultry Industry for the role of Assistant Marketing Manager.

Job Location - Bhubaneshwar (Considering candidates who are willing to relocate)

Min Experience - 2 years in Marketing from FMCG/Dairy Industry

Education Qualification - Must have completed MBA/PGDM from Top B-School

Job Role :

1. Require a minimum 2 years in new product launching in the global market, preparing the Roadmap, coordination with international clients, looking into the entire marketing business & handling modern trade teams.

2. Will be responsible for heading the odisha & bengal team.

3. Be able to operate Strategic Business Unit into profit centre.

4. Manage day to day work of Sales and Marketing team.

5. Development of new market area and business strategies.

6. Ideation: Collect ideas for new products from others and contributes ideas for new products.

7. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

8. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

9. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

10. Drive product launches including working with consultants, sales & marketing team members.

11. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

12. Effectively communicate product plans and product strategy with team members to assure understanding and obtain consensus where necessary. As a result, team members are well-aligned with overall plans and understand program direction and needed actions.
