Job Title: Assistant Manager - WFM
Job Location : Bangalore/ Noida
Shift Timing : 5:30 pm till 2:30 am
Compensation: 5 to 8.00 LPA
Education Requirements : Any graduate
Work Experience : Min. 5 years experience in WFM - Forecasting preferred.
Requirement:
- Candidate should have a strong exposure to Contact Center Work Force Management. Must have hands on experience in Scheduling
- Workforce Tool knowledge of Aspect is a must.
- Excellent communication - oral and written skills.
- Willingness to work in evening shifts.
- Banking knowledge with experience in North American centers will be an added advantage.
- Strong excel knowledge.
- Min experience of 5 years,WFM Experience
- Will report to Operation Manager
Job Description:
- Scheduling and Liaising with forecasting/Real time team.
- Liaising with onsite client and attending client meeting.
- Proactively taking required steps to ensure Service level/Occupancy is met
- Performing analysis on need base.
- Value addition to the current process by giving required input.
