Assistant Manager - UK Website Management


- MBA/Master's degree in Technology/Digital Marketing from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or equivalent Post Graduation/diploma


- 8-10 years of Business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage)

Required skills :

- Adobe Experience Manager (6.4 and above)

- Working knowledge of Social Media Listening tools preferably Hootsuite and Meltwater

- Deep understanding of Digital budgeting

- Adobe Photoshop and Campaign management tool like Adobe Campaign

- Working knowledge of Analytics tool like - Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI

- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM tools like Google AdWords, BrightEdge, Adobe DTM

- Excellent hold on all MS Office products. (Word, Power point, Visio, Excel and Project)

- Excellent data interpretation skills, to prepare and present concise reports with actionable insights and recommendations

- Strong delivery management and project management skills, Excellent attention to detail is a must

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with team as well as stakeholders (preferably in UK English)

- Goal driven - should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements - by developing answers and solutions

Roles and responsibilities :

- This role is responsible for management and administration of the external site of the company on AEM platform for UK member firm and THE COMPANY UK social media channels. 


- This requires an understanding of the Digital Marketing solutions like Website Publishing &Management, Web Analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Content Management Systems and Social Media Channels Monitoring.


Service Delivery :

- Ensure exemplary relationship with onshore Digital Enablement team and UK Campaign Delivery Managers

- Lead and manage a team of digital and web marketing specialists


THE COMPANY's external site : (AEM Platform) and social media channels :

- Drive digital strategies for the team and promote digital solution for the THE COMPANY external site

- Develop and own a robust Digital operational processes

- Collaborate with digital leaders/stakeholders across different practices and marketing groups to gather requirements for building new sub-sites on AEM platform and suggest further enhancements and content strategies to bring efficiency in the process

- Ensure clear, concise and yet comprehensive communication with the stakeholders and the team members around requirements, effort estimation, work plan and delivery

- Manage operations of multiple engagements; assist with capacity planning and prioritization; oversee website publishing, website analytics, social media channel posting & listening and internal reporting

- Project management through allocation of work on channels like mailbox and PMO tools like Workfront

- Develop and manage content calendars

- Plan social media campaigns and develop social assets including memes and social media copywriting

Quality Assurance :

- Develop and implement Quality Assurance/testing processes for team to ensure top-notch delivery

- Responsible for team delivery and ensure high quality and increase the scope of work with the help of Innovation and customized client solutions. hit our SLAs whilst ensuring high quality web content

People :

- Help the team to increase service opportunities leading to better management and development of the support

- Drive relationships with key stakeholders and maintain excellent rapport with onshore teams

- Be involved in mentoring and coaching of junior colleagues
