1. Leading the planning and execution of Group Programs.

Planning and executing Volunteering Week twice a year VW theme and communication, liaising with group companies, curating volunteering events for seeking updates from companies and preparing a group-level daily newsletter on VW, developing metrics to assess success of a VW, preparing questionnaires and seeking and analyzing feedback from volunteers and companies, consolidating group performance and developing the narrative for VW in a report form, developing and enhancing the recognition framework for VW, managing the recognition process - inviting applications, constituting an independent jury for evaluation, felicitating award winners at an appropriate forum, etc.. The candidate will also be responsible for content and knowledge management for VW

Planning and executing Campaign twice a year theme and communication, enhancing the non-profit partner network, sourcing projects from non-profits , curating the orientation workshops for volunteers, project monitoring, project closure - seeking and analysing volunteer and NGO feedback, issuing certificates, preparing the ProEngage impact report etc. The candidate will also be responsible for content and knowledge management for ProEngage and keeping the ProEngager network alive through touch-points with alumni such as alumni meets.

Stakeholder engagement and advisory: Conducting regional SPOC (Specific points of contact for volunteering in companies) meetings. Providing support to companies on volunteering projects for their leadership programmes. Providing guidance to companies on volunteering activities and partner organisations.

Content and knowledge management : Maintaining internal performance indicators on volunteering and preparing material showcasing the Engage programs and their performance, maintaining the SPOCs directory, maintaining a database of volunteering images and stories, and other relevant content

Communication: Providing support for managing communication/ media agencies for website, mobile application, social media.

Digital platforms: Maintaining and enhancing functionality of the website

2. Leading volunteer mobilization for Disaster Response undertaken by  group

- Supporting the Disaster Response team to mobilize volunteers for various initiatives

- Managing volunteers receiving the requirement from the team, mobilizing volunteers, managing their expectations, analysing feedback, issuing certificates, preparing volunteer report

3. Scanning and benchmarking best in class volunteering programmes globally and undertaking impact assessments of Engage programmes with the aim of continuous learning and improvement

- People skills, ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, ability to bring all views together on common platform

- Ability to build effective linkages & partnerships with stakeholders like Trusts & third-party organizations

- Basic level understanding of website functionality & ability to work with vendors on website development, campaign management, content creation, development of communication collateral etc

- Skilled in excel for management and analysis of large amount of data. Also skilled in power-point and able to make effective presentations

- Willingness to travel extensively

- Prior work experience in programme planning and management, volunteer management

- Some experience of strategy development

Masters in Business Administration, Social Work, or any other relevant subject from a reputable institution - 2 to 4 yrs post Masters

Commensurate with experience and competitive
