We are looking out for candidates with strong experience in Vendor Payments for one of our Fortune 500 client
Position : Assistant Manager - Vendor Payments
Exp : 6 to 9 years
Required Exp and Skills :
- Exp in leading invoice payment process for all recruitment and staffing.
- Exp in all aspects of requests for payments, accounts payables, general ledgers, cost and spend analytics.
- Exp in partnering with Policy, Compliance & Procurement teams where required.
- Exp in managing and leading team all operational activities and transition of invoice payments in areas of Recruitment and staffing.
- Exp in developing metrics and SLA dashboards, spend analytics
- Exp in people and process management
- Strong operational, project and program management skills
- Strong communication skills including ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate
- Data driven mindset and passion for analytics
