Assistant Manager - Value Added Services - Telecom

Role Purpose :

Performs work in the areas of revenue generation, operations management and vendor relationships. Responsible for key functions like ensuring service penetration, usage of service, revenue from services and increased contribution of VAS towards total company revenue.

The job role also requires effective coordination with various other departments for smooth running of services and to ensure good relations with new and current vendors.

Key Accountabilities :

Vendor Relationship :

- Coordinates and works closely with the central team and vendors to localize products, Content and promotion.

- Interacts with vendors and other operators to develop new services.

Penetration of Service :

- Uses all promotional tools effectively to ensure service penetration, revenue generation from services and services usage.

- Coordinates with various internal departments like technical, VAS, customer service, IT & billing for a smooth and speedier deployment of services and regular operations.

- Ensures smooth tie up with current and new vendors including payment to vendors.
