Job Role
- Understanding U&R based on various subscriber segmentation and appropriate product push
- Understanding usage behavior of existing subs and maximizing their revenue delivery from them thru relevant offerings and their life cycle management
- Automation of daily & Monthly KPI reports and preparing presentation
- Responsible for analysis of product post launches to improve further performance of products.
- Adhoc analysis of subscriber base on various segments & requirements
- Responsible for competitive Intelligence tracking of acquisition, voice, data & segmented products.
Deliverables
- Revenue Delivery Health
- Ensure talking subs are latched on to the network (VLR to HLR Ratio)
- Unique Callers for the day
- Duration of calls/ MOU
- Recharge instances/Sub/ Bill Payments
- Value of recharge/Instance
- STV penetration thereby increase in consumption
- Increase in High RPM MOU
- Increase in MOU (Overall)
- Increase Data (internet) user & usage
- REC (Revenue Earning Customer) management
- Maximization of days on network thereby get a larger % of cumm. Spend
- Drive stickiness through loyalty incentives to subscribers
