Roles and responsibilities
- Implement client's engagements from start to finish (planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects).
- Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate employees
- Review / Sign tax returns and equalizations of expatriate employees
- Mentor and coach staff
- Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization
- Manage people development and performance management for their group.
- Support the Manager in pursuits, proposals and engagement reporting.
