Assistant Manager - US Taxation - BFS

- Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing simple to complex Individual & Business Tax returns, and interacting closely with senior staff, Managers and Client SPOC's

- Hands on experience on preparation of Tax Projection

- Take ownership of projects and deliverables. Track status of assignments on regular basis

- Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff on tax projects.

- Managing and mentoring a team of individuals consisting of Associates, Senior Associates, and Team leads.

- Identify and assist in solution of engagement (client) technical issues, anomalies, non routine items.

- Conducts self in a professional manner related to all client communications as well as interactions within the team.

- Manage process of feedback and implementing feedback from clients on a monthly basis;

- Build strong working relationships with clients and ensure that all KPIs are achieved;
